Epic & Musical Beauty and the Beast Picspam

I know what you're thinking! A picspam?! After teh awesomeness that was "The Oath"!? Yesh, I know the episode was awesome. I also know that out of all of the things in this world that make me happy, Beauty and the Beast is by far the favorite movie. It's just epic. From the first shot, from the first line, from the first song. It made me believe in fairytales. It showed me princesses can be smart. It showed me that love doesn't have to be superficial. It showed me that love transforms. It showed me what a movie REALLY was supposed to be. And to this day, I will never tire of it. Also? Only animated picture to be nominated for Best Picture. True story. Beauty and the Beast > other animated movies.

Anywho here's the deal. There are more than 1100 images here, colored and hopefully made pretty. And if you click on some of them, you'll be transferred over to sendspace to download the songs that you currently see on the pretty screen. Thus making it a musical picspam. So enjoy!

Epic picspam is epic!!

And it's gorgeous. Those colors are so, so pretty! I can't believe I don't remember half this movie. There is clearly something wrong with me. I mean, it's my favorite Disney film. We must watch asap!

Omg this is BEAUTIFUL! I love your coloring. This makes me really long for the good ol days when Disney made animated movies that were made with quality. And traditional art. Everything is CG now. :(

But you've totally made me wanna watch this again ASAP! :D

They're going back to 2D animation, but I remember wanting to work for Disney once I saw this movie. Be it animating, writing, directing or anything really. LOL. Lame for a little kid. I know. Wow, be giving out extra information.

i love this mega picspasm sooooo much!! just seeing these photos reminds me of the emotions i felt at different points in the music...oh i miss it sooooo much!! belle is absolutely gorgeous and the beast is so charming ^^ thank you!!

I'm really glad that you liked it! I wanted for people to be able to download the songs and play them while going through the picspam, just because the music is such a big part of this entire movie.

And I looooooove the Beast. And Belle. And I totally cry like a little kid during the "Transformation" scene.

This is so pretty it hurts my heart. With it's prettiness. This is a good thing. Gorgeous. Absolutely.

Belle is my favourite Disney "Princess." She's got brown hair and she reads, like me, but she gets to live the adventure she reads about. Lucky.

Awww, I didn't want to cause heart!pain. But I'm happy you think it's pretty!

I think one of the reasons why Belle is soooooo awesome is that she shows us that girls can be smart, and they can still be kind and girly and it doesn't take away from them. At all. So in short, yeah, AWESOME.

and no, it's not wrong. I remember thinking the same thing when I was a little girl. I figure that throughout the movie, as Belle falls for the Prince, (and we do as well) we all find him more and more attractive. The difference, is that Belle totally fell in love with how he was on the inside, and she was just sooooo excited to be with him. (As I grew up, I got why she jumped his bones after her love brought him back.)

I listened to the Beauty and the Beast soundtrack while looking through this - best idea I've had in a while, I have to say. ;) This is one of my absolute favorite classic Disney movies (perhaps my favorite Disney princess movie, but that changes every few weeks), and this is an incredibly beautiful tribute to it. :) Very, very, very well done! It's just so pretty! ♥
